I was just reading someone's blog and the guy talked about how his girlfriend when he was a teenager, and he said she was a drug addict, 4 months pregnant when he met her, though he didn't know all that. He took care of the baby and mom, then when the baby was 6 months old, she dropped him. He is the nicest guy, met a wonderful mom, has a kid now. He loves his parents, is so happy. And I think, too bad for me. I wish I could be so happy. He took care of two people who needed someone, even they the mom may not have been able to appreciate him, but he learned to love. How do you get that?  This guy is a pastor at our church now, has a wonderful life and loves everyone.

I've got a lot of bitterness and disrespect from my life, can't usually get much of a move on and care about people. I'm too scared of losing something. To love and not worry too much about the consequences....

To love someone does not always mean romance. There are so many hurting people out there. How about practicing love as a gift where you don't expect anything in return - just small things to brighten a day. When people ask you why - just say cause I wanted to. Blessings

You've got to learn to appreciate and love yourself for who you are and all will fall into place. Yes there are bumps in the road, but you are a good person, and need to appreciate yourself as we appreciate you! Hugs sweetie!
