Happy New Year

I made some icons, including the one I'm posting with. Here is a post of some of them at GJ. I gave up on trying to put great text on them in paint, just using pixel fonts which look okay.

Got my library fine paid off and bought a new watch, nothing fancy but it's just what I need. Got some new journals (the real paper ones, but they have halved the number of pages while keeping the price the same--which was about what I could afford anyway, so I guess I'll just have to live with that).

I'm going to a dinner with family tomorrow, which should be good company and good food. I don't know what to bring--yuck, I forgot how the grocery stores get just before a holiday. :P Dunno what I'm doing tonight, but will probably be out on the porch at midnight, making noise with the rest of the family.
