Ha, I need to edit that for LJ again, can't remember what I did with the original, don't want to search my imageshack for hours.
I went to a movie yesterday with Linda, Dennis and Henry. Good thing she invites me places and gets me out of the house, AND listens to all my problems. I wouldn't get out if it weren't for her and she pays for everything. And I suck at saying thank you, I am so ashamed to be where I am, at the bottom. But the only thing I can do is climb back up.
The film was made by admitted nonprofessionals, first timers, but it was definitely watchable. It was about different world views of religion, they talked to people in the street, religious leaders about their views of God, the meaning of life and the afterlife. Linda does not believe in the afterlife, but does believe in God. In my view the little Irish nun at teh beginning got it when she said something like, "we've all had experiences when we were trying to grow, but were damaged. Our ability to become wall we can be in this life is hindered when we are not healed from this damage, ro fail to grow in spite of it."
