Jan. 18th, 2008 02:50 pm Eh, downloading my 2007 GJ entries to IJ still, just to store them. I have my flash drive with me, which I still can't use, because my 1998/99 computer doesn't have the drive installed to handle a flash drive. Which I have to research to see whether I can download some program to a CD (which I can't find, I guess it's somewhere in my mess of a room, which I've only started to clean up) and can get it to work on the computer.
Going on a winter hike in Hocking Hills with Linda and Dennis this tomorrow. I'm not really feeling that ready for it, and I have a feeling I might be miserable, since it's going to be cold as h-e-double hockey sticks.
I woke up angry this morning and having this AHA experience--aha, I eat too much because I'm angry all of the time, ..and I'm not addressing the problem that seems to be eating at me all of the time, the problem that started long ago and since I couldn't address it properly then, it ate and ate and ate at me. Bacause I just don't have flarking time, and it seems to be getting smaller and smaller in my head anyway.
AND I now have a flash drive, but it won't work because the old steam powered computer doesn't have the proper drive or driver or whatever installed. I could just use a CD till I get that little glitch solved, but that means--I have to spend money! On myself!!!!
Eh, see you Monday, unless by miracle I get back online sooner.
