I saw a few seconds already, and it sure looked cheesyl, but I've certainly watched cheesy movies before just to see a good actor, or one who makes me sweat. :)

It's hot. I need to see what the weather will be for this weekend. I wonder how long the heat and humidity will last.

Apple seeds are good for you--they have vitamin B17 in them, also known as laetrile, a good cancer fighter. It is related to cyanide, but you just need to avoid eating more seeds than you'd get from a sensible number of apples eaten in day. So don't eat fifty, or whatever.

I need to call Linda. Some customer of hers called, and wants to know if she can come over & look through Linda's clayware for early Xmas presents. I told her I'd find out from L. whether she has any galleries or places she sells from that are here in Cincinnati.

Hot, hot, and I have stuff I should be doing. Wish I were more motivated.
